Package: clang,lldb
Version: 1:3.2-16
Severity: serious
User: debian-qa at lists.debian.org
Usertags: piuparts

Hi,

a test with piuparts revealed that your package misses the copyright
file after installation, which is a violation of Policy 12.5:
http://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/ch-docs.html#s-copyrightfile

>From the attached log (scroll to the bottom...):

  MISSING COPYRIGHT FILE: /usr/share/doc/clang/copyright
  # ls -lad /usr/share/doc/clang
  lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 12 May 10 08:21 /usr/share/doc/clang -> llvm-runtime
  # ls -la /usr/share/doc/clang/
  ls: cannot access /usr/share/doc/clang/: No such file or directory

  MISSING COPYRIGHT FILE: /usr/share/doc/lldb/copyright
  # ls -lad /usr/share/doc/lldb
  lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 12 May 10 08:21 /usr/share/doc/lldb -> llvm-runtime
  # ls -la /usr/share/doc/lldb/
  ls: cannot access /usr/share/doc/lldb/: No such file or directory

Looks like it is missing a strictly versioned dependency

  Depends: llvm-runtime (= ${binary:version}

cheers,

Andreas
