Broken LLVM 3.4 on llvm.org/apt/unstable

Package llvm-3.4 depends on libclang1 with was renamed to libclang1-3.4.
libclang1 doesn't exist and it breaks llvm-3.4 from http://llvm.org/apt/unstable/
