Bug#759162: llvm-3.4-dev: please enable LFS for all compiled objects

Dear Maintainer,

currently LLVM doesn't build all objects, e.g. static libraries, with 
large file support. This can potentially cause problems, if these are 
used in projects built with LFS, e.g. clamav.

The easiest way to fix this, is to add '-D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64' to 
CXXFLAGS in debian/rules, but it might be better to fix this upstream, 
so that it is always used by default.
