Bug#737471: libclang: please provide some generic path to the current version

Package: libclang-dev
Version: 1:3.3-21
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer, it would be awesome if there was some symlink to the
current version of libclang so we do not have to change paths in
..vimrc(s) and other tools to make libclang availabe to the programs.

Cheers!
