Bug#750363: llvm-3.5: view-cfg flag and others are broken

Dear Maintainer,

The llvm opt-3.5 program provides options to print out CFGs such as "-view-
cfg".  These flags do not work with the debian package.  The output .dot files
are generated, but a viewer is not opened.  There is an archlinux bug report
for this same issue with the arch package which provides more details:
