Bug#748569: libllvm3.5: Missing symlink to libLLVM-3.5.so after install

OK, I should have thought of doing the rebuilds before selecting
the severity.  Feel free to lower the severity I selected.

There is a real bug here, however, since that symlink in
libllvm3.5 actually does not get installed when the package is
installed.
