llvm-toolchain-3.7_3.7~+rc2-1_amd64.changes is NEW

This is pretty much the same tarball as llvm-toolchain-snapshot.
If you can, don't hesitate to accept it quickly (as I am using the
buildd results
to help with the release of llvm 3.7)
