Maybe it is better this way... We won't have emscripten in Debian Jessie
but the quality of the package is not at its best state.
emscripten developers implemented fastcomp, a LLVM backend. This requires
a patched version of LLVM and this could not go in Debian packages.

So, I shipped a version of emscripten forcing the fallback on the old
compiler, version which is not maintained upstream and it might be
causing your issue.
Anyway, I will try to play with the llvm versions to confirm that.
