Bug#846162: mesa-opencl-icd: Corrupt POLARIS10 ref in clinfo via mesa-opencl-icd 13.0.1-2

Upstream has backported clang support for polaris GPUs and it's
already included in version 1:3.9.1~+rc2-1~exp1 [1].
Closing this bug accordingly.
