Bug#815809: lldb-3.8: lldb binary not included in the package any more

Package: lldb-3.8
Version: 1:3.8~+rc2-1~exp1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

The latest version of the package contains symlinks /usr/bin/lldb-3.8 and
/usr/lib/llvm-3.8/bin/lldb but not the actual lldb binary
/usr/lib/llvm-3.8/bin/lldb-3.8.0, so it basically doesn't provide the
debugger at all.

I don't know if this is a regression or not because I had been previously
using the packages from http://llvm.org/apt/unstable/ which did include
lldb (but didn't include ASAN libraries which are available in Debian
packages, see https://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=22757)
