Bug#811287: Clang: should pull libomp5 AND/OR libomp-dev package for OpenMP support

Dear Maintainer,

For OpenMP support, clang requires libomp5 library.
Currently, clang package does not depend on libomp5 package,
so one needs to manually install libomp5 package.

Also, as per Bug#811283/#775257, libomp5 package does not provide
libomp.so symlink, only libomp.so.5, and clang looks for libomp5.so
