We would like to enable -fdebug-prefix-map in the default build flags
exported by dpkg, so we would kinda love to have this.

I have a big preference on moving over to llvm >= 3.8 (just to push more
the deprecation and removal of older LLVMs, but I know they will be
stuck there more (for either gambas or ghc or whatnot).
Therefore it's either move llvm-defaults to 3.8, or backport the patch
to 3.7, or patch the failing rdeps to disable the buildflag, or leave
the failing rdeps as ftbfs, I can live with any of them :)
None of the failing rdep is important enough for me to dedicate enough
time to work on any of the above, so I'll personally go with the latter
for what I'm concerned.
