can't load package: package llvm.org/llvm/bindings/go/llvm: cannot find 
package "llvm.org/llvm/bindings/go/llvm" in any of:
        /usr/lib/go-1.7/src/llvm.org/llvm/bindings/go/llvm (from $GOROOT)
        /tmp/gopath172638118/src/llvm.org/llvm/bindings/go/llvm (from $GOPATH)
