getting 3.9 into testing?

You closed the explicit "stay out of testing" bug
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=836208 , but
llvm-toolchain-3.9 is still blocked from testing because it builds
python-lldb-3.9 on architectures where it is uninstallable.

This was fixed in VCS over a month ago

but has not been uploaded; do you intend to do so soon or should we be
treating 3.9 as "don't depend on this if you want to get into testing"?
