Debian LLD package

Hi,

I'm a debian user and I encountered problems with packages you are
maintaining.

I tried to install liblld-4.0-dev yesterday and to compile a minimal
example with it but it didn't work because the package doesn't install
any .so files, only symbolic links.
Could you fix that ?
I also find weird that liblld-4.0-dev doesn't depend on liblld-4.0. Is
it normal ?

I tried with the 5.0 version of both packages but it didn't work either :/
