I tried to build this package in stretch with "dpkg-buildpackage -A"

Apparently, this has been happening since 2016-11.

Note: Yes, I see that this package has been requested to be removed in
Bug #836602, but apparently ghc still needs it, so I don't really know if
that will be done or not.
