Bug#875988: libedit-dev: Ships man page that conflicts with the GNU History Library's man page

Dear Maintainer,

libedit-dev ships a man page that includes the function name "history" in
its name section[1] making man to resolve the EDITLINE(3) man page instead of
HISTORY(3) the GNU History Library man page.
