Hello LLVM Packaging Team,

There is a circular dependency between liblldb-7-dev, lldb-7 and python-lldb-7:

liblldb-7-dev 	:Depends: lldb-7 (= 1:7~svn323616-1)
lldb-7 	        :Depends: python-lldb-7
python-lldb-7 	:Depends: liblldb-7-dev

Complex circular dependencies are known to cause problems during upgrade, so we
should try to avoid them.
