Dear Maintainer,

I have a project (FLAC) which has a configure option to build fuzzers
to be run in Google's Oss-Fuzz infratructure.

Configuring on x86_64 works correctly and builds the fuzzers
but in i386 I get:

> /usr/bin/ld: cannot find /usr/lib/llvm-9/lib/clang/9.0.0/lib/linux/libclang_rt.fuzzer-i386.a: No such file or directory

ld seems to know where the file *should* be, but it is not there. I have
installed libfuzzer-9-dev.
