Bug#941755: libclang1-10: Can't coinstall i386 and amd64 of libclang1-10

That is somehow unfortunate. libclang1:i386 is for example needed when cross
compiling Mesa for both amd64 and i386.

Notice also that it also forces removal of libclang-10-dev:amd64, which is even
stranger.
