I don’t mind working on 9 either, it’s just that some other programs
cannot be built at the moment, and if we fix 9 only then these problems
pile on until the default is switched to 9.


Dependency installability problem for [147]llvm-toolchain-9 on x32:

llvm-toolchain-9 build-depends on:
- [148]g++-8:x32
[149]g++-8 depends on:
- [150]gcc-8:x32 (= 8.3.0-21)
[151]gcc-8 depends on missing:
- [152]libisl19:x32 (>= 0.15)


llvm-toolchain-9 needs to use the default gcc (9) first, though.
