Bug#972282: libllvm10: libllvm has different version, i386 is newer, then amd64, due to synaptic.

The impact of this bug on end-users is high.

You cannot currently install both i386 and amd64 versions of Mesa.

As a result, Valve's Steam store cannot run on Debian Testing.
