[backports]Libffi error for Clang i386 during compilation

Hello,

I'm on Buster and i tried to backport LLVM-10 from Testing to have an
up-to-date version of Mesa. I use Pbuilder to do that.

When i want to build the packages for i386 arch, i have a crash about
libffi during the compilation of clang.

CMake Error at cmake/config-ix.cmake:319 (message):
>   libffi includes are not found.
> Call Stack (most recent call first):
>   CMakeLists.txt:621 (include)
>

 I don't understand where come from the issue because i have *no* issue
when i build the packages for amd64 arch.
