This is pretty much done now. buster and stretch are still pending the cbindgen 
update (buster is waiting for SRM to process it, and stretch will be uploaded 
after that). Other than that we should be ready.

Mike, do you want me to upload firefox for bullseye and buster (after cbindgen 
is processed?). There's only a couple of tweaks to the build-deps necessary (to 
use rustc-mozilla on <= bullseye, and cargo-mozilla on <= buster) and bundled 
nss & nspr on bullseye. I can push those changes to git too.

After those uploads are done, we'll need help from DSA so that the security 
buildds pick the remaining build-deps from (o)pu.

Carsten, I haven't tested a thunderbird build just yet, I will do so soon, but 
if all goes well, bullseye and buster should only need some build-dep changes 
like with firefox. stretch is more complicated for both TB and FF due to the 
lack of python3.6.
