Last night I rebuilt llvm-toolchain-9 with g++-10 (adding B-D on
g++-10-multilib and overriding GXX_VERSIONED_PACKAGE to g++-10 in
d/rules), but clinfo still segfaults with the resulting packages (which
actually bring back dependencies on libgcc-10-dev libobjc-10-dev
libstdc++-10-dev).

So far llvm-9 has been a safe baseline for pocl, avoiding some issues
introduced by newer versions. But at least 1.8 should work up to llvm-13.
