Dear Maintainer,

trying to install libunwind-13-dev causes libunwind-dev and a number of
packages that depend on libunwind-dev to be removed:


root at debian:~# apt install libunwind-13-dev
The following additional packages will be installed:
  libunwind-13
The following packages will be REMOVED:
  libgoogle-perftools-dev libgstreamer-plugins-base1.0-dev:i386 libgstreamer1.0-dev:i386 libunwind-dev libunwind-dev:i386
The following NEW packages will be installed:
  libunwind-13 libunwind-13-dev



It looks like maybe libunwind-13-dev is not properly setting Provides?
