Thanks for this, but the bug report was not about a Build-Depends, but
rather for a (runtime) Depends from a -dev package to another -dev
package, namely liblld-16-dev -> libzstd-dev, as well as liblld-16-dev
-> zlib1g-dev. Therefore the bug is still present, as far as I can tell.
I saw #1050071, where Sylvestre started planning the llvm-defaults 16
transition. With this bug open, the switch will make WasmEdge FTBFS,
therefore I'm upping the severity to "serious".
(I can of course add these two transitive B-Ds to the WasmEdge B-D to
workaround this, but I don't think that's the right place for them. Let
me know if you disagree).
