LLVM/Clang-16 32bit x86 packages are missing from Debian Buster LLVM package repo.

The directories are all still there, and give the appearance of support:
https://apt.llvm.org/buster/dists/llvm-toolchain-buster-16/main/binary-i386/
But the actual Packages file does not contain the compiler references. Only
clang16-docs and some other things.
The "llvm.sh" install script also doesn't work on i386, for what I assume
are similar reasons.
As far as I can tell, i386 on Debian Buster is still supposed to be
supported, as Buster/i386 itself is not EOL (Unlike Ubuntu).
Or, as it says on the site <https://apt.llvm.org/>:
*Packages are available for amd64, i386 (except for recent Ubuntu), s390x
and arm64 (aka aarch64). This for both the stable, qualification and
development branches (currently 16, 17 and 18).*
The last i386 package seems to be Clang-13, which appears to be present,
based on the Packages file size.
If I'm misunderstanding the intended state of support, any clarification
would be appreciated?
Thanks much,
