Are you aware that the ci.debian.net maintainers (in CC) offer 
autopkgtest support with external archives like this? We can add [1] 
your archive (ideally you have one unversioned symlink that we can add 
for future transitions) and you can schedule all autopkgtest you want on 
our infrastructure.
