Is llvm-toolchain-17 something that could be backported?

Dear LLVM Maintainers,

The Debian ROCm Team would like to backport its packages to bookworm.
However, one obstacle we are facing is that our packages require
llvm-toolchain-17.

Could you share your thoughts on this? Is this something that is
generally achievable, is this something that we could help with or take
care of, or are there too many risks and/or gotchas to consider that
would prohibit such a backport?
