It looks like libmlir-18 has the same problem. Reproducer:

mmdebstrap --variant=apt --verbose '' /dev/null 'deb http://deb.debian.org/debian trixie main' --architectures=amd64,i386 --include=libmlir-18,libmlir-18:i386

or the same with trixie replaced by unstable.

is the analogous change for version 19, which might be a useful basis 
for fixing version 18.
