Dear Maintainer,

llvmlite 0.46.0 has been recently released and is needed by numba
0.63.1; this new numba release is needed for Python 3.14 support and we
are in the middle of adding Python 3.14 to the archive.

This llvmlite release requires llvm-20 and does not compile against
newer llvm; that will be the next todo item.

It would be helpful for the updated package to land in experimental to
facilitate other work with numba and the Python 3.14 transition.

Please let me know if I can help with getting this package into
experimental (adding me to the team on salsa so that I can push/merge as
needed if that is helpful).
