  Nothing was removed in the Debian packaging. Instead, some support was removed 
from LLVM upstream, and GCC 13 build crashes on that. LLVM 18 and 19 and 20 
still have the gcn targets, and amdgcn-tools can use them (there is even a 
amdgcn-tools-19 package).

  So I don't think this bug #1092643 has value. There is nothing to re-add to 
LLVM. All the real content is in the original bug #1084066 from which this one 
was split.
