This patch has been backported to llvm-toolchain-21 [1], and I have just 
uploaded GHC that uses LLVM 21 in experimental [2]. So it's not critical 
to backport this to llvm-toolchain-19 any more.

I will leave this bug open in llvm-toolchain-19, in case anyone bumps 
into this.
