Bug#1115227: libllvm19: Installing libllvm19:i386 on a AMD64 system with libllvm19 already installed will force apt to remove libllvm19 and dependent packages.

This has now been merged (thanks!) but not yet released.

This is an installability regression for anyone who is relying on the 
ability to install Mesa graphics drivers for legacy 32-bit binaries 
(notably users of Wine and Steam, which are popular use-cases for the 
i386 architecture) so it would be useful if this change could be 
uploaded to unstable.
