Actually, maybe firefox-esr doesn't care about armel? I see that 
firefox-esr ftbfs on trixie for armel (and has for some time), and 
oldstable/lts doesn't appear to build armel?

If that's the case, then I won't bother and we can just go with deb13u4. 
Chromium certainly doesn't care about armel.
