Bug#1139451: trixie-pu: package llvm-toolchain-22/1:22.1.7-1~deb13u1

Hi,

Emilio suggested uploading now to save a round-trip, so I just uploaded 
22.1.8-1~deb13u1 to trixie. I've attached the diff between 22.1.8-1 and 
22.1.8-1~deb13u1, though it's really the same as the previous 
22.1.7-1~deb13u1.
