D'oh, I think I see the problem. d/rules has the following:

echo 'libomp $(SONAME_OPENMP) libomp5 (>= 1:$(LLVM_VERSION).1)' >> 
debian/shlibs.common

I'll fix it and kick off another rebuild soon.
