   * Enable the x86 load-combining miscompilation fix
     (llvm/llvm-project#208611). The patch was added in July but never
     listed in debian/patches/series.
   * Remove unbreak-arhmf.patch, applied upstream.
   * Fix libc++1 and libc++abi1 symbols files: the (subst)/{size_t}
     entries are pkg-kde-tools syntax that plain dpkg-gensymbols never
     expands, so they were dropped in March and the size_t-mangled
     symbols appeared with the Debian revision. Expand them into
     arch-bits/arch-tagged entries and add the OMP_6.0 versioned symbols
     to libomp5.
   * Generate the git-clang-format and run-clang-tidy manpages from the
     source scripts, they were empty.
   * d/NEWS: use a version that exists in the changelog.
   * d/copyright: add the missing License field and the BSD-3-Clause
     text.
   * Drop the lldb postinst, which only called ldconfig.
   * Use debhelper-compat instead of debian/compat.
   * Refresh and extend the lintian overrides.
   * Stop building libc++1, libc++abi1, libomp5 and llvm-libunwind1 on
     forky, they are now built by LLVM 23. (Closes: #1149154)
