[pkg-lua-devel] Adding lutok to Debian

Hi,

Julio Merino submitted this wnpp request to add lutok to Debian:

Since Julko submitted that request, lutok has been updated
to 0.4 ( https://github.com/jmmv/lutok/releases ).

I'd like to help with 675626, by:
  -> updating the package to lutok 0.4
  -> coordinate with the Debian Lua team to make sure that it does not
conforms
       to the structure of how a Debian Lua package should be

Can someone on the Debian Lua team help mentor me on this?
I am new to Debian packaging.
