[pkg-lua-devel] Debian Lua Group in Salsa

Hi there,

Since migrating to salsa.d.o is needed, I took the liberty to create the
Debian Lua Group as the namespace for maintaining Lua-related packages.

According to [1], it is no possible to transfer memberships between
Alioth and Salsa, so each member would have to join in manually.

Regarding package repositories, I am not aware what the procedure for
other teams was, but I'd suggest to use Christoph Berg's batch import
script and ~hertzog/bin/disable-repository, following also the info
available at the wiki. Should we wait a couple of weeks before migrating
the repos? If nobody disagrees, I volunteer to handle that.
