As far as I can see, both srlua and glue are not parts of the Lua
interpreter, and are some external pieces of software. So they aren't
supposed to be included into the lua5.4 package. If one wishes to ship
them with Debian, they should do that separately, using the usual
procedure (file an ITP or RTP bug to wnpp [1], find a
maintainer/uploader, create and upload the packages).

So I'm closing this bug report as irrelevant for lua5.4.
