[pkg-lua-devel] Bug#1101238: Pending autoremoval of lua-lgi and awsome

I just wanted to give a heads up on the pending auto removal of
lua-lgi and its reverse dependency awesome.

lua-lgi currently has a RC bug #1101238 due to a test failure which triggers
the auto removal rules due to no recent activity in the debian bug tracker.

There is some activity upstream, but nothing really definitive.

As lua-lgi currently has one 2 r-depends awsome and (as recommends) xournal++
it might be possible to skip the test if it doesn't affect those packages.

Of course it would be better to find the underlying cause and have that fixed.

This mail will bump the autoremoval date a bit into the future,
but please note that due to the current hard freeze status, removal from
trixie will likely be permanent if it is going through.

Regards,
 - Martin
