I believe, Suggests would be better than Recommends (since recommended
packages are installed by default now, "recommends" should mean
"useful in almost any case"). lua5.1-sec is a good example of
"recommends". And I'm not sure lua5.1-event is as well.

By the way, I can't find lua-dbi. Is it still in NEW for now?
