The message is tailored for openSUSE itself, where the build binary is in the build package.
Debian ships the build binary as "obs-build" in pkg:obs-build.
However, I was not able to create an openSUSE container even after fiddling around with the names in the template.
Lets see if the above helps the next brave person :)
