It also fails with:
Linux grr 4.3.0-1-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.3.5-1 (2016-02-06) x86_64 GNU/Linux

It doesn't fail when setting a simple netns manually (but then the DHCP
client is the one from the host (stretch), not from the container (jessie)
