[pkg-lxc-devel] Bug#929926: lxc-cgroup didn't show cpu usage

Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?
"lxc-cgroup -n example_container cpuacct.stat" provides no output
Looks like this was fixed in in version 3.0.4:

Please, update version of lxc for Debian buster in repository to 3.0.4
