[pkg-lxc-devel] Bug#944389: LXC seems very untested under cgroup2 / unified hierarchy

LXC (github master branch) shows lots of problem when host Linux booted with
systemd.unified_cgroup_hierarchy, and it seems very untested to me.
I was able to find lots of problems as below.
