[pkg-lxc-devel] Bug#986638: lxc: CentOS 7 Container can't be started properly

Dear Maintainer,

I made a fresh install of lxc (aptitude install lxc) followed by:

lxc-create -P /home/lxc -t download -n centos -- -d centos -r 7 -a amd64
lxc-start -dn centos

No error was reported.

lxc-attach -n centos
followed by "ps axuw" within the container showed that only /sbin/init was running.
systemd, dbus, network ... have not been started

Running "poweroff" within the container results in the error: 
Failed to talk to init daemon.

Creating the container using the centos template results in the same problem.

Installing release 8 works fine – but that does not help me.
