Yes and the fix is part of version 4.0.10-1, so marking it accordingly.

Normally I'd send a message to 993905-done at bugs.debian.org to close the bug 
with the mentioned version, but I have a feeling that this issue is primarily 
about a backported fix to stable and oldstable?
Can you confirm that?

The sks-keyservers.net https certificate expired on 2021-04-23 and last time I 
checked, it's completely defunct, so it's even worse then 'deprecated'.
